LAS MÉDULAS, UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE SITE.

Las Médulas (World Heritage) is a gold mine dating from Roman times.


With a calm driving it will take about 45 minutes to reach the archaeological site from the town of Molinaseca.


You can visit the galleries, have a snack at its restaurants or visit the spectacular Orellán viewpoint.

PRADA A TOPE - PALACIO DE CANEDO.

- El Palacio de Canedo is an extensive estate with vineyards and a large 18th century building restored at the end of the 20th century. In the 21st century El Palacio de Canedo has become a reference point in El Bierzo for anyone interested in rediscovering the essence of this region.


Its genuine wines and its gastronomy showing the goodness of this land.

El Palacio de Canedo has hotel, restaurant services, vineyard area, wineries, canning centers, events... even its own "Prada a Tope" foundation, a brand under which its renowned wines and artisan preserves are distributed.

Route of the cave of San Genadio. It is a marked circular route of about 5 km (round trip) of low medium difficulty where you can enjoy the calm and beauty of the Valle del Silencio and the Tebaida Berciana. NOTICE the access to the cave of San Genadio can cause vertigo for a few meters. (next link to wikiloc in spanish):
